Hi,
I am working on a case to estimate tip clearance effect in a radial turbine. I have already modeled my blade on bladegen and meshed the same in turbogrid with an acceptable mesh quality. However, I need to modify the shroud tip clearance to have multiple cases. I have tried doing it in turbogrid by using variable nominal distance at the leading edge and trailing edge. However, this results in trimming of the blade from leading edge and trailing edge. Is there a way by which I can keep my blade dimensions and offset the shroud to achieve different clearance magnitudes? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your suggestions and help.
