I was checking some previous post, for finding some good results. I probably find the answer but i have some problem with the notations.
[QUOTE=fierceyeo;308327]Hi, I am new to UDF. So, in order to write these functions.. "h = heat_flux / (T(z) - Tbulk(z)) Tbulk = SUM mu*cp*rho*Tf dA / SUM mu*cp*dA" how to I define these variables "mu, cp, rho"? and is this equation applicable for 2D problem? So what is the meaning of mu*cp*rho*Tf dA/Sum mu*cp*dA. I think, Sum (addition) mu(mass flow rate), cp (specific heat) rho(heat transfer cofficient outer side), Tf (fluid temp), dA(area ) but which area? cross-sectional or surface area? Kindly help |
