How to write result on Ansys Fluent Memory

Hello! I have been trying to write data to memory using UDM in fluent. I do not know how to do that. I have ran the main simulation where I have calculated the flow rate. However, I want to store the flow rate on fluent then use it to run another calculation. Please how can I do that? Your help will be appreciated.
