I am looking for an open-source code for 1-D turbomachinery design, like in the following link. I searched GitHub but got not many options. Any recommendation is welcome.

If I understand Your request right, then one Option would be T-Axi from Dario Bruna et.al. http://gtsl.ase.uc.edu/T-AXI/,
Another recommendation would be Xrotor from Mark Drela (MIT.edu) at https://web.mit.edu/drela/Public/web/xrotor/. The parent page also contains many more interesting programs and is well worth a visit.
A third essential option would be Denton's code at https://sites.google.com/site/multallopen/ unless you want to roll your own, which would foster understanding in this environment. Sincerely,
