Default Modeling of bi-plane wings

Hiya. I plan to use Solidworks flow to do initial design for a bi-wing plane. How accurate is Solidworks? Would it be good rapid-prototype software?

I saw that Solidworks have auto mesh refinement. Anybody here familiar with that tool?
