Converting sheet body to solid body -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

mazhar16823 Senior Member MA Join Date: Mar 2020 Posts: 163 Rep Power: 6	Hi everyone, I have imported the airfoil as 3D curves in 3D CAD Modeller (airfoil is imported as two diffferent bodies for upper and lower side). I noticed that both upper and lower sides of the airfoil are sheet bodies whereas my domain is solid body so I am unable to perform Boolean operations. At the moment, I don't have access to any other CAD software except the 3D CAD Modeller in STARCCM+ so I couldn't convert them to solid bodies. Could you please suggest a way to do this? P.S: I tried with sewing the two parts of airfoil but it didn't work. Thanks for your time.
