calculate forces in LES model

Hello guys
I'm working on a 3d wing and I have employed the LES model to calculate forces and momentum that are exerting on my body.
the question is should I report them as a time-averaged parameter or report them as an instantaneous parameter?
and if I should use time-averaged how I can select it on sampling option? because it is not already available in the menu for the force.

If you need the average force or the instantaneous one is something only you could know. In general, for statistically steady cases, only average quantities are of interest. If your software doesn't allow exporting such averages, your only chance is to perform them by yourself with some very simple script, say, in Matlab, or whatever programming language you are comfortable in.
