Default Wrong Pressure Distribution

Hi all! I have conducted an ICFD analysis of a 3 mm cooling channel using a Steady-State Solver. The image below is the fluid pressure result for boundary conditions: Inlet velocity = 1195.586 mm/s and Outlet pressure = 0 MPa.
As seen here, the pressure results are not consistent especially in the region near the inlet and the outlet. Can anyone help me recognize what could the reason be for this?

Do you map the pressure values to Ls-Dyna mesh?

No, I did not map any pressure values. This result is based on the boundary conditions only.

Because it looks LS-Dyna Pre-Post, maybe this is the problem. Otherwise I think its about the mesh...

Yes, it is LS-Dyna but I did not map any pressure values. I have refined the mesh to 0.25 mm element size.

I have investigated a simple cylinder too and it gives me correct results.
