Cannot run ansys fluent in parallel processing

I'm unable to run ansys fluent and cfx in parallel processing. Other modules of ansys works fine. In fluent, the analysis goes on for a while and then it abruptly stop and closes itself. System config: i7 11th gen,. 64gb ram, 12gb graphics card 3060, Z590 motherboard. Can anyone please help me out?
