I am learning SIP(Strong Implicit Procedure) now, but I do not understand if SIP method will introduce addtional error to the solution?

No. Because SIP is an iteration process, the results(the final residuals of the equations) will be almost same as other solvers if the solution is convergent. Of course, SIP will introduce addtional error to the intermediate results.
