Help with liquid-liquid multiphase litterature -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

Johnny Brännbacka Guest Posts: n/a	I am a graduate student, and I would like to ask for tips on good litterature (books or articles) covering the problem of modelling flow of two or more liquids that flow in separate layers (for example the VOF model). I would like an overwiev of the problem and descriptions of the different methods rather than just applications where the models are used. If you know of some good litterature on the subject, please let me know! If there are any litterature available online it would be even better. Thanks.
