Hello, I want properties of a gas mixture ( of H2, CH4, N2, CO,CO2,H20 of known molal concentrations ). Can I find this info online. Thanks in advance.

Hi Theju,

You may easily calculate it using software such as Sandia's CHEMKIN. Version II (1994 revision) is free and may be downloaded from the web, including the source code and documentation. Later versions may be purchased from Reaction Design. I guess you won't need the latest version, though, and may calculate what you need with the free version.

Actually, most of the properties calculations are trivial, and may be done in a spreadsheet if you have the JANNAF thermodynamics (or similar) database.

I am not sure where it is now. It is no longer where it used to be. If you wish I may send it to you by e-mail (as attachment). It is about 5Mb uncompressed, and I can WinZip it.

Hi:
