I have a straight pipe through which a gas is flowing. How do I calculate what is the flow rate required to maintain a sonic velocity at the exit? I understand that I cannot achieve a supersonic velocity at the exit with just a straight pipe. This must be a simple problem, but I seem to be lost. Please help.
Thanks. |
