Hi,

i'm looking for a simple mesh which is based on tets ! In the past i made most of my meshes with hexaedras...A simple change from hex to tet in blockMeshDict doenst work (what a surprise ) so I need some examples to learn the construction.

Hi,

You can generate tet mesh easily using gmsh or netgen. If you are using OpenFOAM, then, OpenFOAM has utilities to convert gmsh/netgen format to OpenFOAM format. There are other tet meshers.

www.geuz.org (gmsh)
search sourceforge.net for netgen
