Hey folk!
Currently, I am simulating a spring which is turned off after a couple of seconds. I am using a VOF with an k-e-model. The simulation runs fine until 0.615s is reached, which is the the turn off time, then the simulation breaks down with in error in the k. Basically, it is clean when I turn off the velocity at the inlet so the k value. What have I to consider by turning the velocity of a turbulent two-phase simulation slowly to 0. Cheers, Claus |
