Setting up the right boundaries

Hello everybody. My problem is: I'm simulation a pipe system after a pump with an outlet of static pressure. I have a fixed pump that I have to use. What kind of inlet boundary should I define with that situation? The pump is not delivering a fixed flow rate or a fixed pressure. Should I define that boundary as a "total pressure"? That value should be quite fixed as the power stays almost the same all the time.
