Dear Colleagues
I am studding the aerodynamic of UAV and i am curius about the software and the methodology that could be use for calculate and optimize the final shape, at this step i am coupling Hyperstudy (altair engineering) with a cfd solvers as openFOAM and maybe cfd-ace+ and sc tetra, as i saw the capabilities of the code cfd-ace+ are not very good for coupling the solver with other codes (like optimization) on the other hand sc tetra is very good for that. as far for the aerodynamic simulation method, do you believe it is a good idea to calculate the UAV as a 6DOF ??? i am thinking to make a coupling between the solver(cfd) and a 1d solver ( like dshplus) to control the aerodynamic at 6dof with the electronic circuits. any idea about that???? i saw that cfdrc did something like that but for missiles http://www.cfdrc.com/index.php?optio...213&Itemid=210 lets listen your idea |
