Hi Friends,

I am simulating 3d air-flow over bluff body. I want to plot stream-wise velocity profiles in center-plane. I have extracted csv data file showing velocity values in center-plane. I just want to know using which software I can plot these profiles? I have all the data required. Normal XY plot doesn't works because it has three variables X, Y and velocity. Can anybody please help me with this? I have also attached the pictures, showing how these profiles should look like.
