Faced with a choice between Controls for Navier Stokes Equations, and Level Set Methods for 2 phase flow for area of research at the PhD level, I have the following questions:

1. What area has greater demand in the industry in the next 10 to 15 year scenario? 2. What area appears to have been saturated? 3. Good resource sites?

The Navier Stokes equations are statement of the momentum conservation which is always valid being it single phase or multi-phases. Probably you mean which methods for multi-phase, which there are many, has a better future?
