After meshing of my heat sink geometry when i want to export this file it shows the error "the mesh file exporter does not support overlapping geometry in named selections". I tried many times to resolve it but I really dont understand the reason of this error and how to solve this problem.....

Dear all,

I created rotary and stationary parts in geometry, and created named selection by selecting faces in different geometry parts (stationary and rotary parts). But, after when I select the named selections, they show the association with the same geometrical faces, wield.

you need to remove all the entities that appears in more than one named selection.
To show the entities that lead to the problem right click on mesh tree show geometry in overlapping named selections....
Unselect or suppress the named selections in which the same geometry is selected twice and then remesh...
