When I use cfMesh for a case，I encountered this error after executing cartesian2DMesh:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Eigenvalue calculation failed for tensor: (40 2.52576e-15 0 2.52576e-15 40 0 0 0 0)

From function Foam::vector Foam::eigenValues(const tensor&)
in file primitives/Tensor/tensor/tensor.C at line 114.

FOAM exiting

What are the possible causes and what should I do？My OF version is v1912。
