Hello,
My case is 2D, flow over cylinder with immersed boundary method. However when I type 'potentialIbFoam', I get this: Code:

'Floating point exception' As I said, my cylinder is created by blockMesh and it is in .STL file type. My main (base) mesh is created by snappyHexMesh. I paid attention that Delta S (cell size on the surface) equals the cell size of the main mesh. What is my fault ? Last edited by ordinary; December 14, 2016 at 03:57. |

Hello everyone
,i am facing the same error which says: Please adjust radiusFactor, angleFactor or immersedBoundaryMaxCellCellRows in immersedBoundaryFvPatch. what is the reason for the error , how could we overcome it? Please help
