Hi all,
I'm trying to get an average of the velocity x-component on the outlet patch along z-direction using simple function objects. Waht I figured out yet was to get the U-values of the outlet patch by using Uout{outlet}=U, which allows me to get only an average over the entire patch. This is not exactly what I need... I am trying to average Uout.x along the z-coordinate for all pos().y of the outlet patch. Hope the explanation isn't to confusing probabliy the picture might provide clarity. The dashed line shows the averaging direction. Hope someone can help me on this tricky problem and thank you in advance greetings, Felix |
