Hi everyone.



I'm totally new to pyFoam. To cut to the chase, I face this error while trying to get cavity case outputs by:


pyFoamPlotRunner.py icoFoam

Error in /usr/local/bin/pyFoamPlotRunner.py : FatalError in PyFoam: 
'PyFoam FATAL ERROR on line 617 of file /usr/local/lib/python3.8/dist-packages
/PyFoam/Applications/PyFoamApplication.py: Case /home/ali/Desktop/cavity/logs 
 does not have a 'system' directory' in Application-class: PlotRunner

Any help?

I guess you're trying to start a run in a sub-directory of your actual case (the last part "logs" of the path indicates that this is whhere you store the logs). Go up one directory and it should work
