I followed the steps from Nann3r on OSX 10.11.5, but when I tried step 6 I received

Error response from daemon: ContainerInspect failed
Error: failed to start containers: of_v3.0_plus
Error: No such container: of_v3.0_plus


the output from "$ docker-machine ls" is

NAME ACTIVE DRIVER STATE URL SWARM DOCKER ERRORS
default - virtualbox Running tcp://192.168.99.100:2376 v1.12.0-rc2

and from "$ docker-machine ssh default docker ps -a" is
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES
7dd00d8cd06a openfoamplus/of_v30plus_rhel66 "/bin/bash --rcfile /" 11 minutes ago Up 11 minutes of_v3.0_plus


but "$ docker ps -a" does not show any containers.
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES

I re-configured my shell with eval $(docker-machine env) and then I could run ./startOpenFOAM_Mac
