having problem with Meshing on OpenFOAM v1912

Hi all,

I am having problem with the snappymesh on my PC. I have another PC which is exactly same specs with this one working very well. I am not sure what's wrong with this PC. The attached pictures are the PC system information and the snappymesh error.
