HI all,
I created a mesh using snappyHexMesh, I then copied this mesh, rotated and translated it. Using mergeMeshes i then joined these meshes to create an intersecting mesh resembling an X. Both the meshes represent a rock fracture aperture so the surfaces are very undulating. I now want to join these meshes to create one domain, removing the internal walls at the intersection. I have tried using stitch mesh with both partial and perfect flags as well as without a flag but nothing works. Does anyone have any suggestions how to join the meshes together. Thank you |

You could consider not joining them at all and just using the AMI.
