[snappyHexMesh] SHM, poor snapping issue

Hi,

I'm currently trying to mesh a 45 degree bended pipe. but the snapping does not go as smoothly as I hoped.

I've seen that people have experienced similar behaviour, but I have yet not seen a solution to the issue. Any ideas?
