How to specify grid nodes along a cube

Hello
I have a 1D convection-diffusion problem with a domain as a 1 x 1 x 1 m cube. I am trying to just split the cube into 5 sections and view the result in paraFoam. In other words, specify 5 grid nodes along the flow direction. I think it involves changing the Blockmesh file but I can't work out what to do?
