Hello everyone,
It has been great to learn CFD from this open platform and I am thanking everyone who has explained perfectly. I have created a three-blade rotor by using the blockMesh utility in OpenFOAM fork Foam Extend 4.0. I have created only one blade then I rotated it 120 and 240 degrees respectively. here I give a dropbox link to reach my files: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/yx0hqg1qv...4FPFJAqda?dl=0 Question: In block 15 (face 40 88 89 43) and block 16 (face 51 56 89 88) have merging problem with neighbor blocks respectively. I get my patches as default faces for these two blocks. https://www.dropbox.com/s/m4mz454jd3...locks.png?dl=0 Could someone guide me on how I can get a blockMesh without default faces? (i tried to merge and slave utility and also, stitchMesh but I could not get a solution) Thank you so much in advance. I appreciate. regards Sanket |
