Hi,
I'm new to this so please bear with me if I don't understand the obvious. I have a geometry which is a rectangular block with a barrier inside it. I have constructed the blockMesh for the cuboid by putting the relevant coordinates into the blockMesh dict, now I am trying to use snappyHexMesh to construct the barrier within the cuboid. Am I correct in thinking this is the right way to do things? Starting from the motorbike example, I have changed the both the blockMesh and SnappyHexMesh dictionary's, I have also generated the .eMesh file for use in the latter and I'm confident this is okay. Attached is the parasolid file for the geometry, the stl file for the geometry (I can't get solidworks to show the barrier when using the stl file, any ideas?), the blockMesh dict, and the snappyHexMesh dict. These are all in a zip file. Any help at all is much appreciated. It feels like someone with some snappyHexMesh experience will be able to solve this problem relatively easily. Thanks, Ben |
