Hi
I am now using tet meshes for running simulations in OpenFOAM but its not working very well (very difficult to pass the checkmesh tests). I think it might be easier if I use hex meshes instead of tet meshes. Does anyone know a software that I can use for generating hex meshes from stacked binary images (hopefully opensource). Thank you. Saurabh |

As an intermediate step, you can convert your tet mesh into polys via polyDualMesh.
