STutexas is on a distinguished road
Hi

I am now using tet meshes for running simulations in OpenFOAM but its not working very well (very difficult to pass the checkmesh tests). I think it might be easier if I use hex meshes instead of tet meshes.

Does anyone know a software that I can use for generating hex meshes from stacked binary images (hopefully opensource).

Thank you.

Saurabh

akidess will become famous soon enough
As an intermediate step, you can convert your tet mesh into polys via polyDualMesh.
