There are a few compressible solvers that already have dynamic meshing, e.g. sonicDyMFoam, rhoPimpleDyMFoam.

I am using rhoCentralDyMFoam but I am not able to write dynamicMeshDict for this solver

Hi,

I have developed my own code which has dynamic mesh feature. But whenever I run it I have the following error in parallel run:

Forcing regeneration of surface interface
[3]
[3]
[3] --> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
[3] index 1250 out of range 0 ... 1249
[3]
[3] From function UList<T>::checkIndex(const label)
[3] in file /home/elham/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-2.3.1/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude/UListI.H at line 109.

Any comment is appreciated.

Regards,

Elham

Without seeing your code it's hard to help, but the error message suggests an indexing problem.

Dear Caelan,

I am running the solver with 3D mesh without any problem. Probably there is a problem with 2D dynamic mesh that I don't understand.
