I am creating an impinging jet reactor in openFoam using blockMesh & m4. I am running into the issue of my two cylindrical inlets meeting up with my cylindrical main chamber. The easy solution would be too try and extend the end of the inlets to fit the chamber curved edge, but I am not confident in this methods accuracy for results. Does anyone know if you can create chamfers or fillets in blockMesh/m4 in order to remove sharp edges from a geometry?

There might be a way to do this with curved edges and/or projecting surfaces in blockMesh. If you could provide me with a picture of the geometry and how it should look like I could give you a more definite answer.
