Hey guys,

i can't seem to get help with the meshing of multi region cases, as the problems appears to be somewhat exotic (see my last thread). So now i am searching for a new method. Although a single use of snappyhexmesh to create a multiregion case would be prefered (mostly for a planned automation), i am now thinking about merging the meshes of my regions individually and merge them after meshing. How do i structure such a case and the needed files? I have right now two regions as a dummy, it is however planned to have tweo fluid regions and one solid region in the future.

Alternatively: What would be a good openSource meshing tool that can be run from say a bash script that can automatically can mesh gemeotries with multiple regions from stls?

Thanks in advance.
