hi !
I have a question. The goal is to make a basic cylinder into an STL file and create a mesh with snappyhexmesh in openFoam. But the cylindrical surface?? Entrance? The shape is distorted at the boundary between the two round faces and the main body. In this case, what adjustments can be made to create a better shape? |

Hello,
you can probably improve this by creating edge refinement with surfaceFeatures or surfaceFeatureExtract utility (depending on the OF-Version you are using). See this very informative post of Yann in this thread: surfaceFeatureExtractDict vs surfaceFeaturesDict Good luck! |
