Hi,

Usually, I made a mesh with Fluent and convert it to OpenFoam with the fluent3DMeshToFoam command. In most of the cases, the simulation succeed.

But for one application, the simulation crashes just after reading the thermodynamics package of the fluid (see the attached picture).

I use the chtMultiRegionFoam solver for conjugate heat transfer simulation with periodic boundary condition.

The solution, I found, is to refine the mesh (with the same boundary conditions and numerical schemes as the failed simulation) and the simulation starts properly. Therefore I expected that the problem comes from the mesh.
I also compare the checkMesh file but I did not find anything which could explain this unknown error.

Perhaps someone has ever faced to this error or have explanations ?

Thanks for your help,

Regards,
