Default Smooth Devision around objects with sHM

Hi all,
I have wondered why snappyHexMesh does not divide the object into equal parts?
how can I fix it?
I have attached a sample mesh below.
Besides, I have seen other problem in my mesh, in which the surface is bent (showed by arrow)
any suitable ideas are welcome
