Hello snappyHexMesh users,

I've been working on a kind of sensitivity analysis of pretty much all SnappyHexMesh (openfoam.com v2312) parameters and mesh quality criteria, in an attempt to evaluate the effect of different Snappy parameters on the result mesh. The study is based on visual analysis of the result mesh, layer coverages reported by Snappy, and the checkMesh results about mesh errors. I'm using the OpenFOAM motorBike (with clean-up and minor modifications) as the test geometry, as it really poses a challenge for an automatic meshing tool.

My subjective analysis of the results is here, along with the links to the background info, code, result image and videos. Feel free to comment on the results and my analysis in this thread. Thanks!
