[Salome] Looking for tutorial FreeCad-Salome-OpenFoam CHT Examples

Hello,
I'm interested in a recent tutorial on how to go from a 3D sketch in FreeCad, through meshing in Salome to generating the OpenFoam case files, for a conjugate heat transfer case.

I would like to model an insulated steel pipe, carrying gas, that is partially buried in sand, with cold seawater flowing over the top of the pipe.

Any guidance as to good examples of how to use FreeCad and Salome to solve this sort of problem would be greatly appreciated.

I have already made the FreeCad Sketch, but would like assistance with the next steps.
