Strange Block Mesh results

Hi to evrybody!
I'm trying to simulate a 2D supersonic nozzle internal flow with sonicFoam, and the mesh is done with blockMesh. I obtained no errors from checkMesh, but when I toke a look on it I found strange results from blockMesh, in particular some few cells are "oblique", while the others are allmost perpendicular to the nozzle wall. Moreover, when I try to refine the mesh, those oblique cells began self-intersecting, destroing the mesh.
