Hello all,

somehow I am still struggling with ParaView. I want to cut my domain in the middle and visualize scalar values in a smooth manner.
Currently, first I load all my mesh regions and then I apply the ExtractCellsByRegion filter. The result looks good, but I want to get rid of these nasty cell edges you can see in the attached picture.
How do you do this?

Thanks in advance,

Kate

Sorry guys,

I was on the wrong track, completely.
Answer:
You only have to add the Slice Filter from Filters/Common. Then you may select Color by point data instead of Color by cell data and you get a nice visualization for presentation purpose.

Kind regards,

Kate
