How can I spatially average the time averaged stress tensor field in streamwise and spanwise direction ?

Time averaging is done by a function object during run time. I would like to spatial average the time averaged tensor field subsequently, at the same time step (or with a utility after finalizing the run).

Documentation describes:

new fieldValueDelta - enables operations including addition, subtraction, minimum and maximum to be applied to faceSource and cellSource function objects, e.g. to calculate the flux imbalance across inlets and outlets.

Does an example case exist which shows spatial averaging? In my case the cellSource is the tensor field.
