Dear Foamers,
I recently tried to solve a basic problem of heat transfer (flow past cylinder) using pimpleFoam with the help of functionObjects "scalarTransport" in which I defined the variable T. Everything works fine but I cannot calculate the heat flux from the cylinder. I tried to use the functionObject "wallHeatFlux" and I defined "fields (T);" but it didn't return any flux in the postPorcessing folder. How can I calculate wall flux for any new scalar that I define in salarTransport? Thanks |
