Hi,

I am not quite sure that I understand the question but the foamCleanTutorials just cleans the case, meaning that it removes the solution, mesh and processors in the current case folder. Nothing will affect your OpenFOAM installation.

However, you might want to consider copying the tutorials folder in a run directory. This will reduce your anxiety about deleting something or messing up the files. I don't know which OpeFOAM distribution you are using but for the ESI and Foundation the following will work:

Code:
cd $HOME/OpenFOAM/<USER>/
mkdir -p $FOAM_RUN
cd $FOAM_RUN
cp -r $FOAM_TUTORIALS .
Best,
Petros

Bro, thank you very much. I didn't expect to get a reply so soon. I will consider your suggestion carefully.
