Added mass and damping coefficient calculation -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

sharkilwo5 New Member cem Join Date: Feb 2021 Posts: 6 Rep Power: 5	Hello everyone, I am using openfoam to calculate added mass and damping coefficient of a heaving box from the forced oscillaiton motion. I use oscillatinglinearmotion library to calculate the dynamic force acting on the box. Can anybody help me with calculating the required coefficients from the time domain plot of the dynamic force? Thanks
