I'm trying to find more downforce for racecar. All car is one body.
I can calculate overall downforce.
But how to calculate downforce on front or rear wheels separately?
Or how else can I figure out what is the balance of downforce front\rear?

Yann will become famous soon enough
You have to separate the parts (either by creating separate stl files or having named surface groups in your stl) in order to create patches for each parts your need to analyze. E.g. front wheels, rear wheels, body, spoiler, etc...

Is there really no other way to do it? Its not possible to divide the surfaces into Paraview?

In ParaView you can use the clip filter with different clip types (plane, box, cylinder...) to cut down your surface in several pieces.

In my opinion it sounds more time consuming than running your case with proper surface definition though.

Maybe somebody will have a better idea...

Cheers,
Yann
