Hi All,

I'm working on a two-phase analysis and want to be able to visualise the liquid volume as it travels through a complex system. In Paraview I've been able to get what I'm looking for by using the IsoVolume filter on the full 3D data for one timestep and setting the alpha.water range from 0.5 to 1. By setting the opacity of the full 3D dataset to 0.25 I can then see through the walls to see the liquid within the system. IsoVolume.JPG

However, I'd like to be able to set something up using the controlDict for postProcess tools so that I don't need to save the full 3D data for all timesteps, but I haven't been able to find what I'm looking for. I managed to export an isoSurface for alpha.water set to 0.5 as is frequently recommended for Dam Break simulations but because a lot of my liquid volume is in contact with the walls of my domain this doesn't give the same effect as an IsoVolume filter in Paraview. Hopefully the attached images of a small portion of the domain will illustrate the problem.

Does anyone have any tips or experience in this area?
