Extract data at a specific depth

Hi all !
I am modeling a river transect and want to draw a slice 1/6 deep from the surface to extract this data for analysis; how can I do this if my computational domain has a irregular river bed ? I need to export the outputs for the simulation at 1/6 depth. Thank you very much !
