Default how to print forces acting on a spring restraint

Hello

I would like to know if there is a postprocessing option to print the force caused by a linear spring (a restraint set on constant/dynamicmeshDict).

I did not find it in any documentation or forum, so I guess changing the source code (linearSpring.C) would be the only option?
